Mt Ruapehu has Snow Schools at both Whakapapa and Turoa, each offering world class learning centres and products for both adults and kids. Our instructors can be recognised by their red and charcoal uniforms and the beginners' ski school meeting areas are conveniently located right on the beginners' slopes.

The best way to learn to ski or board is to get one of our package deals. We also have group and private lessons that can be purchased from the ticket window when you buy your lift pass. Kids have their own group lessons away from the grown-ups and we have a kids' holiday programme that will have them up and skiing/boarding in no time.
