This schedule and the venues are subject to change due to weather conditions throughout the competition.

Competitors please ensure you are available to compete throughout the competition, including all contingency dates. If possible please include a NZ mobile number on your registration form so that you can receive text updates on mornings where a postponement is being made or contingency venue being used. If you do not have access to a NZ mobile phone please check the morning Snow Report on each day of competition for info.

Monday 8th September: Opening Party @ Turoa Lodge, Ohakune 
7pm Come have a few beers and meet the sponsors, organisors and your competition. Bibs will be handed out at this time.
Tuesday 9th September: Day 1 - Open Ski Qualifiers

Competitors' meeting with the event captain and patrol at Knoll Ridge Conference Room. You may leave your backpacks here.
9-10:30am Course inspection. Only during course inspection and the actual comp will athletes receive lift priority. Please ensure that you are polite to other customers and staff when you use this privelege. Bibs must be visible at all times. No exception.
10:45am Heats - 2 runs - Skyline, Whakapapa
  After athletes do their run they should check out the finals venue.
7pm Day's results at Turoa Lodge, Ohakune. The field will be cut in half or at a point where there is an obvious points differential at the discretion of the judges.
Wednesday 10th September: Day 2 - Relentless Snowboard Challenge & Export Gold Xtreme Ski Semis

9-10:30am Course inspection. Only during course inspection and the actual comp will athletes receive lift priority. Please ensure that you are polite to other customers and staff when you use this privelege. Bibs must be visible at all times. No exception.
10:45am Snowboard comp & ski semis - 2 runs each alternating skiers & boarders - Policemans
6pm Snowboard results & prize-giving party and day's ski results at Turoa Lodge, Ohakune. The skiing field will be cut to 10 finalists.
Thursday 11th September: Day 3 - Export Gold Xtreme Finals!

12th-14thSeptember: Contingency days 
If any day is postponed it will run on the next available day with the same timetable.
